Use Multiple Languages on a Single System

Although Windows comes in several different languages, there doesn't seem to be an any way to configure a single installation to use more than one language.
It would be nice if one could switch languages as easily as keyboard mappings, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
However, if you have enough disk space, and you don't mind the hassle, here are two ways to do it:
Set up a dual-boot system:
- Configure your system so you can Boot directly into DOS.
- Install both copies of Windows into separate directories or drives, each using a different language.
- To get into either copy of Windows, change to the appropriate directory, and type win.
- To automate the previous step, you'll want to Make one of those Keen DOS Startup Menus.
Upgrade to Windows 2000 or Windows XP:
- Both Windows 2000 and Windows XP support multiple languages, set through the Regional Settings icon in Control Panel.
- You can also set up multiple user profiles, each set to a different primary language.
