I forgot to mention that the two programs that I installed on one of the accounts,
althought they have an icon on the bottom right of the toolbar, they are not present
in that account specific startup menu, so again, they are loaded via the registry
and not the folder.
This means that any action you suggest, has to be via the registry because again,
all statup folder menues in my laptop are empty, it is weird but it is so.
Hope this helps to better understand the picture.
