BUT IS KEEP FLASHING ON THE SCREEN ALSO ICON ON TASK BAR.I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD WINDOWS 7/8 NEITHER WOULD OPEN AFTER A COMPLETE DOWNLOAD IF i NEED TO GO INTO REDG EDIT WHAT AND HOW WILL i LOOKS FOR.
