Jeez, I found it. I am using a router to serve as my network access point and my gateway IP on my client machine was set to it's address rather than the standard dial up 192.168.0.1. Once I added that to my network connection on the client everything fell into place. I still have a few minor annoyances, like the Host trying to connect without the client requesting it and not being able to control the disconnect on logoff from the client machine, but I'll do some searching for those issues. Thanks again for your help and if these minor issues can't be resolved I'll return to th Proxy Server. Mike
