I did everything you all told me to do. My friend showed me a way to share files. So, if anyone else wants to know, here's how's to do it: 1.) Figure out your IP address. You can do this by going into command prompt (start>>all programs>>accessories>>command prompt) 2.) Open the address bar in the window you have open. You can do this by either using IE or opening a regular folder then view>>toolbars>>address bar. 3.) Type the IP address in the address line. Now you should be able to see files on other computers. Before you do this, make sure that you did all the steps that the guys before me said. This solution is for people who can view other computers on the network (or workgroup, i guess i should say) but cannot access the other computers.
