I've just spent a fair amount of time customizing my logon screen so that it matches the startup sound I want. (Also, although the logon screen shows up, I've turned off the part that asks you to pick a user and a type a password.) However, even though this worked fine for about two days, something changed and now the logon screen has closed and gone to the desktop before my startup sound plays. How do I get it to slow down and wait for the sound? Or make the sound start earlier? I'd appreciate any ideas on this. --Christina C. P.S. I did try reverting to the original logon screen, but the sound still plays late.
