Firefox problem.

While I was on line, the computer shut down unexpectedly. The message was: Computer was not shut down normally.

I had the choice to start the computer normally.

What caused the computer to shut down unexpectedly?

Any help will be appreciated.

Disregard the last phrase about Lately. I cannot erase that.

Lately I'm having problem with it. It kep saying: Cannot find server.

I've had the occasional shutdown unexpectedly but my problem is overheating. The only app that makes it shutdown is Defraggler for some strange reason. I have a separate fan switch on my laptop and if I switch it on its ok.

If yours is a laptop or desktop then I recommend you use Speccy.

http://www.filehippo.com/download_speccy/

As it will show a lot of info about your computer and also internal temperatures and its free.
