While I was on line, the computer shut down unexpectedly. The message was: Computer was not shut down normally. I had the choice to start the computer normally. What caused the computer to shut down unexpectedly? Any help will be appreciated. Disregard the last phrase about Lately. I cannot erase that. Lately I'm having problem with it.
