Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 1:05 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by amber (14 messages posted) I received an email from Paypal saying I was being charged over $100 from my bank account as a payment I was making for a purchase. I was also told my Paypal account would be blocked for security reasons. The payment was bogus but I received a letter from my bank saying an attempt had been made to withdraw this money. When i try to access Paypal online it will not display the page because Windows Firewall is blocking it. I cannot even find a phone number to call them on. Should I try to unblock the page so I can send them an email? Does anyone have any suggestions on how else to contact Paypal in Australia? Thanks.
