Keith hello. I downloaded the new version of CCleaner as you suggested. I then ran a Symantec Security free scan. I still found the one "bstore//dssagent.exe" adware infection. I went back and ran my new CClearner hoping to catch and delete the infection, and although CCleaner deleted approximately 2000 files from original of 42, 073 -- the infection-threat is still there.  I again ran anothe scan and the infection is still there. I am directed to download a program named "Adware: Just findit removal tool". I read a bit and became frustrated with the hassle involved. For one adward threat I think I will pass on this one. I am including the link in case you might need it, even though I am sure you are familiar with this too. Thanks Kehttp:
