Steve you are probably right by saying I may have had only 80, 000 files. I went
back to see the results of the ccleaner and noticed that indeed a substantial number
of files were deleted. On the screen I can only see about 26 rows of files, but by
scrolling down it shows the many files deleted and it looks like thousands of them
were actually deleted. So yes, I really think ccleaner along with the online scan
you recomended are great and I will add them to my Favorites for later use.
As for searching for the file that is infected, I tried and failed. It does not
come up and am told Search is complete, there are no results to display.
But it does not matter really. I should be glad to have only one file infected,
and not the seven as I had. So thanks again Steve, once again you guys come through
for me.
