I thought it was a driver as well that did not reinstall. It is on a cable modem and I had the cable provider come out and he's telling me it's a spool, but I still think that the cable modem driver did not reinstall. I had the internet on this computer (the 98) with the wireless cable modem for about 4 or 5 years and it worked flawlessly. Computer is stating drivers are all reinstalled but its lying because I had to reinstall my 4 in one drivers to get it to work as well. The guy who put in the system from cable doesn't work there any more and no one there seems to be able to understand. I do have a new computer with windows 7 in it as well, and it's working fine.
