I just purchased a mini disk player - the MZ-RH10. Initially, when I plugged
it in via USB it was seen by Windows 7, and I was able to select the mini disk drive
via windows explorer. Now the mini disk player won't even light up when I plug it
in no matter to what USB port. It works if I plug it into my Mac, but still having
problems seeing the mini disk "removable disk" there as well.
Initially, the message I got was there was a problem installing drivers. I also
downloaded a sony app "Sonic Stage" to transfer the music from mini disk to my PC;
however, that didn't do anything and I've since uninstalled it. How do I get Windows
7 to see the device again or at least have it again be activated when plugging it
into the USB? Thanks!
