Keeping Folders First When Sorting by "Date Modified"

Hi everyone,

I switched to Win 7 from XP and really like it. However, one of the annoyances I have is when sorting folders "by date modified".

When I sort by "date modified" to have the most recently added files show up first, all the subfolders within the folder are now moved  to the bottom of the list. In XP, the subfolders would always show up first, and then the files would be listed.

How can I get it so that Win7 shows it the way XP used to, namely, my subfolders are always listed first, and then the files in the parent folder are sorted by date modified?

Thanks!

Jon
