You can confirm by looking in Event Viewer at the time of one of these crashes - the absence of any 'Critical' items means its unlikely to be software-related. You can try posting at http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/, although I'd seriously consider a warranty (if its still valid) claim and let the supplier sort it out.
