Hi Sandy,
First thing, when you say you have Outlook, are you talking about Outlook which comes
with Word? Because Outlook no longer is installed with Win7, you have to download
Windows Live Mail from MS which of course is free. Or did your PC man do a workaround
and Installed the Outlook from Vista or XP.
Anyways, I believe Outlook is somewhat similar to WLM, so go to File/Import/Messages
and then click on the Browse button and point it to the directory: Old Windows and
then find the Sub directory until you find the area where your messages are kept.
Same for the address', unless it is WLM, then, Click on your Contacts Icon and from
there you click on File/Import and choose the format, in my case it was WAB or Comma
Separated Values (.CSV) to be honest I don't remember which one, this Old man forgets
things quickly.
Good Luck
Ray
