This may be the wrong forum if so can someone please point me to the correct one? I have used my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop, running Windows 7 Home Premium, with two external LCD displays to mirror what is on the laptop's display via video splitter. This worked in this particular circumstances but I would like to use the LCDs in the same way I do when they are connected to my desktop XP machine. This old desktop has a dual port video card plus its integrated video card allowing me to stretch the Desktop across three LCDs; the third being a small 15" LCD. Is it possible to use the laptops USB ports to add the VGA connectors so that I can have the laptop's Desktop across three LCD; the two external and the laptops own LCD?
