I can't remember if I had to do the ATTRIB.EXE -R -H -S to make it accessible. Since it deals with booting to multiple operating systems, it may not be needed in a system with one OS. I did a search and MSCONFIG.EXE is in my Win98 partition only. It is not a part of Win2K.
