Steve's answer below is correct. The file is usually in the Widows/ServicePackFiles/i386 folder on an XP machine. Copy it (NOT move it) to the desktop of an XP computer and email it to yourself (it's small ~ 155K), then download it to the same location in your 2K machine. I've also put it in the system32 folder and it works fine from there too.
