Please revisit your post so that others on this forum will know if the solutions

They are default items for win2k you may need to run the SFC command (sfc=system
file checker)
Start/Run sfc /purgecache
Have your win2k cd on hand it may ask for it, if it finds the files in error.
You can also enable them with the gpedit.msc command
