Please revisit your post so that others on this forum will know if the solutions

Rick it should boot up with the 4ea. setup disk set, so you may other hardware errors,
BUT see below

Reboot with the win2k cd and run the repair.
There are two of them the 1st one is FAST repair the 2nd one is like reinstall ,,

try the fast one 1st and if that didn't work try the 2nd one.
2nd one,,,Reboot with win2k cd select (hit the enter key) install it will ask you
if you want to try
to repair the win2k you have on the machine select YES....Note: It will NOT over
write you data files just put down new OS systems files..
You will need to reinstall some programs so they can run again...
Note: You may need to change the BIOS set up so your CDROM loads up 1st... e.g. CDROM,A:,C:

To install the Recovery Console as a startup option
With Windows running, insert the Setup CD into your CD-ROM drive.
CLick Start and select Run.
Type the following where D: is the CD-ROM drive letter:
D:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons
Follow the instructions on the screen.

Start Over info below
If you want to start over
Reboot with the win2k cd
Windows will load up the setup files.
Then you will see 3 items listed
Select the 1st one with the Enter key
Windows will look for the systems you have on the machine.
Then hit ESC key=Don't repair
Then you will see the OS you now have on the machine
Highlight the items with the arrow key
and use the D key do DEL. the Par.(s)
Then reboot with win2k cd and let win2k
format and install....
