Please revisit your post so that others on this forum will know if the solutions
were helpful or not helpful ........
If you are running win2k go to the Mfg. of the printer and download the driver for
win2k but it's a long shot.

BUT because this is OLD printer you may not find a driver for win2k OS ,you may
need to try the driver for win98se,if all that fails buy a new printer, they are
only about 40.oo bucks now days.
